Honda Classic's Bear Trap Bash Supports Local Charities
Honda Classic Cares, part of The Honda Classic Golf Tournament, is hosting a Bear Trap Bash, Saturday October 28th at PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens.
The event will be held at 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., and will feature an evening full of food, entertainment, festivity, and exciting live auctions at its Halloween themed party.
The attire is casual dressed but costumes are encouraged. During the night a prize will be giving out to the winner of the best costume contest. Live entertainment will be provided by the 80’s tribute band, The Spazmatics, providing classic hits that everyone will enjoy.
The event will raise awareness for philanthropy in Palm Beach County and through the many Honda Classic charitable partners through Honda Classic Cares.
Tickets are $225 dollars per person and can be purchased online at www.thehondaclassic.com. From the website, every guest has the opportunity to select a charity he or she would like to receive a portion of the events proceeds.
The charities that will be benefitted at the event include: Allamanda Elementary School, Bella’s Angels, Center for Child Counseling, Easterseals Florida, Els for Autism Foundation, First Tee of the Palm Beaches, Families First of Palm Beach County, Florida Outreach for the Blind, Loggerhead Marinelife Center, Academic and Basketball INC, Palm Beach Atlantic University Golf Team, Palm Beach Gardens Police Foundation, Quantum House, Sea Turtle Adventures and Urban Youth Impact.
The Honda Classic Golf Tournament is set to play February 19th-25th, 2018 in Palm Beach Gardens. This year the tournament has awarded $3.63 million dollars to 133 local charity organizations, which more than 32,000 thousand children and families benefited from.
