Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium and the Jupiter Police Departments will host the 35th annual National Night Out tomorrow.

This free community-building event is meant to foster camaraderie between residents and the local police to create safer, more caring neighborhoods.

At 5:30 pm, gates open for families to come enjoy friendly on-field demonstrations by the K-9 Unit and SWAT team, followed by the first pitch of the Jupiter Hammerheads vs. St. Lucie Mets game at 6:20 pm.

If you’d prefer not to drive, catch a ride on the free shuttle from 4:30pm until 30 minutes after the game ends. The first route stops at Jupiter Elementary School (200 S. Loxahatchee Drive), Christian Family Church (430 Center St.), Pennock Apartments (800 Center St.) and The Paseos Pool (133 Via Castilla); the second route stops at Jupiter Village Park (1451 Toney Penna Drive), Indian Creek Park (1795 Central Blvd.) and the intersection of Heights Boulevard and Frederick Small Road.
