Southeast Floridians are keeping informed on the latest COVID-19 statistics. The news seems to change hour to hour, day by day. One of the foremost authorities to trust is the Center for Disease Control. C.D.C. does not know the exact number of COVID-19 illnesses, hospitalizations, and deaths for a variety of reasons. COVID-19 can cause mild illness, symptoms might not appear immediately. There are various reasons for delays in reporting and testing. Not each person who is infected seeks medical care and gets tested.

It has been reported that states and territories confirm numbers in their jurisdictions in different manners. Each state’s health department reports the spread or the virus in their area. This map shows confirmed and probable COVID-19 cases reported by U.S. states, U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia.
