Major Renovations Planned for Town Center at Boca Raton
With online shopping becoming more popular, the Town Center in Boca Raton is set to undergo a major multi-million-dollar renovation to improve the mall, designed to keep to customers coming in to its stores and by offering amenities found in a luxury resort.
Recently, the mall has completed construction on a new “resort-style” entrance, featuring a large roundabout drop off, valet services, and new glass covered canopy.
Shoppers visiting the mall can now text the valet service to retrieve their cars, use bell hop carts for large packages and multiple bags, use dog strollers, shuttle service, and a café concierge.
Over the next year, the mall will undergo a series of upgrades, including new lounge seating with new and upgraded furniture, charging stations, new stone and porcelain tile floors throughout, and a new boutique style entrance between Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy’s featuring an “upscale” valet service.
The center court of the mall is also going to be redesigned. The new plans call for a stone foundation, back-lit frosted glass panels, lounge seating, white gypsum ceilings, and a unique metal chandelier.
The improvements to the malls are designed to create a relaxing, bigger, and more inviting atmosphere for shoppers and visitors.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2018. This project will not impact the mall’s operations and the 220 stores in the mall plan to remain open.
The Town Center in Boca Raton has a lineup of luxury retailers such as Louis Vuitton, Saks Fifth Avenue, Cartier, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Gucci, and more.
