National Margarita Day 2022 is February 22nd. It is one of the most popular National Food Holidays in Palm Beach County. It is a day set aside to pay homage and pay tribute to the margarita on this special day of celebration. The margarita is loved and consumed by millions. Friends and families around the world honor this sacred frozen or poured tequila, triple sec and lime drink every year on this day. The margarita was created in 1938 in Mexico and is widely considered the official drink of having fun.

There are lots of reasons why tequila is good for you. It lowers your blood sugar. You rarely get hungover, and it can help fight cholesterol. It is low in sugar so diabetics can indulge as well. It also will not make you feel as bloated as beer or vodka.

Frozen or on the rocks, tart or sweet, margaritas are as popular as a cocktail can get. While they may be fun to enjoy on Taco Tuesday or on a sunny afternoon on a beach vacation, there is no doubt this libation is worthy of a holiday in its honor. Cheers!
