A new and beautiful shopping center is being added to Western Palm Beach County. Loxahatchee Groves Commons has broken ground and is looking to be a promising place for residents to shop and leisure. This new and luxurious shopping center is due to open in 2016.

Loxahatchee Groves Commons spans 94,655 square feet and will feature a Publix, Tractor Supply Co. and several other amazing shops like coffee shop, booksellers and more. Atlantic Land Co. is responsible for developing Loxahatchee Groves Commons, which lies at the intersection of Southern Boulevard and B Road, the Western entrance to Wellington.

Another shopping common to come to western Palm Beach County is Park Place, also to open in 2016. Park Place will offer a Fresh Market as its anchor and a number of shops and other eateries for guests to peruse. Park Place is currently under construction off of Military Trail in Boca Raton.

These two new shopping plazas are in a great location, perfectly situated between residential communities, the new Palm Beach State College campus and just a drive from the beach.
