New Restaurant and Wine Bar in Abacoa, Jupiter

Aaron's Table & Wine Bar located at 1153 Town Center Dr. Jupiter, FL 33458 is a new American fare restaurant and wine bar. The seasonal menu features daily specials prepared by the restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine, Marc Cela, which includes farm-fresh smaller plates, bar bites, entrees and delectable desserts.

Aaron Fuller, former executive chef at Mar-A-Lago Club, brings his commonsensical slant to food to Downtown Abacoa.  In a casual, farmhouse chic setting with chef-inspired dishes and unique wines. Fuller uses only the best ingredients and prepares them with love, creating seasonal menus of dishes you would find in his kitchen at home.

Fuller states, “This restaurant was born from a desire to provide good food and good times in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere in Jupiter, where I live,” said Fuller. “Preparing meals and taking care of people are my passions, and Aaron’s Table is an extension of my own kitchen and family.  I think this community is starving for a new experience that focuses on fresh, interesting and high-quality dishes without having to travel too far from home.”

The chefs featured menu items include: prime cuts of steak, fresh seafood, and a segment of braised meats, a true beloved specialty of the chef.  Menu items customers can look forward include thick cut pork belly with Thai peanut brittle, tamarind and cilantro; pan seared bronzino with coconut rice, herb salad and lemongrass-infused butter, center cut filet of beef with herb roasted fingerling potatoes and sautéed Florida mushrooms in a bordelaise sauce, and Bourgogne braised short ribs with truffle whipped potatoes, caramelized fennel, and tomato confit.
