Palm Beach County Named in Top Travel Spots by Forbes

Forbes released a list on their website last week featuring the Top 18 Spots to travel to in 2018, and Palm Beach County has made the list.

Palm Beach County is made up of 47 miles of sandy coastline and beaches with 39 towns and cities. The Travel Guide pointed out just some of what makes this area so great, mentioning the expansion of The Norton Museum of Art in Palm Beach, the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, upscale restaurants, and the Brightline train.

Not mentioned in the guide are some more reasons why Palm Beach County is a great place to visit and live. Palm Beach County has numerous beaches and park for you to enjoy the sand and sun, as well as offering plenty of fishing, boating, and all other watersport activities for you and your family to enjoy. With only 3 hours to the West End of the Bahamas, Palm Beach County is a premier destination for fishing and boating.

For golfers, Palm Beach County is known as Florida’s “Golf Capital” and has 160 courses both private and public, the most in the state of Florida, and has some of the most acclaimed courses and golf resorts in the country. Palm Beach Gardens is home to the Professional Golfers’ Association of America and the Honda Classic Golf tournament, held at PGA National Resort and Spa every year.

The arts and entertainment in the area are amazing as well, hosting shows and events throughout many of the local theatres, amphitheaters and restaurants for your enjoyment.
