As Palm Beach County summer nears its end, restaurants are serving up the heirloom tomatoes, broccoli, sweet corn, green and red peppers, and fruit we look forward to all year long. Farm to table is more than just leafy greens and vegetables, but flavorful dishes to make your mouth water. Farmer’s Table, located at 951 US Highway 1, in North Palm Beach is such a place.

In recent decades some restaurants have taken the locavore movement to the next level, not only sourcing the best ingredients for their kitchens, but growing vegetables and raising livestock themselves, too. That allows chefs to plant beautiful, delicious varieties that may not have the shelf life for a grocery store, as well as control everything from soil health to sustainable practices. And when the farm and restaurant are all part of a single holistic dining experience nothing is more idyllic.

Farmer’s table offers an all-day menu Monday – Thursday, from 11:30am - 9:00pm.  Friday hours are 11:30am -10:00pm and Saturday hours are 10:00am - 10:00pm.  Sundays from 10:00am - 9:00pm.  Farmer’s Table offers brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am -3:00pm.
