Rapids Water Park
The local and popular Rapids Water Park is opening this Saturday, March 10th for the summer season. Rapids is the largest water park in all of South Florida with 30 acres of fun for everyone in the family.
Rapids Water Park features 35 water slides ranging from all levels of intensity. Some of the raft style slides can fit up to six people at a time. The park also features body boarding and surfing, a kid’s zone, a lazy river, food and drinks, souvenirs and more inside the park. Special Events, Parties, School Trips, and Cabana Rentals are also available to rent and use.
Rapids Water Park is divided into three main areas based on thrill level: The Biggest, The Coolest, and The Wettest. The Biggest features six thrill slides including twists and turns in the dark, 45-degree angle drops, two 70-foot-high enclosed flume water slides, and more. The Coolest area features six water slides with turns and twists at high speeds. The Wettest area features a splash and float fun zone which includes water foundations, kids zone, and lazy rivers.
The water park is opening this Saturday, March 10th and will remain open every day starting at 10 am to 5 pm until August 31st. Admission is required to the park, Monday through Friday its $42.99 per person and on Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays its $47.99 per person. Kids two and under are free. The park also offers a Season Pass Program which is $99.95 per person.
