Floridians already knew that this is one of the best states to live in and now it has been confirmed by U.S. News & World Report!  Florida ranked No. 10 in U.S. News & World Report’s rankings of best states in the country. It also ranks among the top five states in education and among the top 10 states in the economy and fiscal stability categories. As a Florida resident, it is hard to believe that the beaches of Jupiter, nightlife in South Beach, and infamous Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, that Florida did not rank higher in the standings.

Town of Jupiter is Rich with Fascinating History

The Town of Jupiter has a rich historic timeline filled with stories. Tales of the area ranging from the ancient Indians, Tequesta Tribe, that lived here until the European discovery of the area by Ponce de Leon. Pantone, a company known for forecasting design trends, announced its colors of the year earlier this month: “Illuminating” a sunny hue, and “Ultimate Gray” a timeless neutral shade. Southeast Florida real estate predictions for 2021 are favorable! The National Association of Realtors chief economist, Lawrence Yun, has readied real estate predictions for 2021. Last year the housing market was on fire with record-low mortgage rates and relocations made possible by remote job opportunities.

It is anticipated that home sales will maintain+ the 2020 momentum and will carry into 2021.
