Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s Sea Turtle Hospital is officially known as the Gordon and Patricia Gray Veterinary Hospital. It is a state-of-the-art hospital devoted to the care of sea turtles. LMC provides all the same veterinary diagnostic, medical treatment, and surgical services that you would find in the best veterinary hospitals. The hospital consists of a treatment room, a veterinary pharmacy, digital x-ray room, a surgical suite, and a necropsy room.
Sea Turtle Hospital is tending to a new patient, Pike. Pike is recovering in the marine life’s hospital tank. Pike is a subadult loggerhead sea turtle patient that was found near the Juno Beach Pier. The turtle is in poor health due to chronic debilitation and was superficially hooked in its front left flipper. If you are interested in adopting Pike contact Loggerhead Marinelife.
The Loggerhead Marinelife Center‘s Sea Turtle Hospital is an active teaching hospital and sea turtle rehabilitation center where no sea turtle patient is housed permanently. The Center’s objective is to treat, heal and finally release ALL their sea turtle patients as soon LMC’s veterinarians deem them medically clear.
