For decades, the snowbird map of Florida’s southeast coast kept a familiar shape. The best-known winter addresses sat well to the south, in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and the established stretches of Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. The working assumption was that farther south meant warmer, busier, and more desirable. That map is being redrawn. A growing share of seasonal buyers are looking north, into the northern Palm Beaches, Martin County, and St. Lucie County, and the reasons behind that shift say a great deal about how Florida has changed over the past decade.

The 2021 Honda Classic will take place at PGA National Resort & Spa on mArch 15-21. As of now, the tournament will host patrons but with a reenvisoned planned from what we are use to seeing at PGA National.
