This Saturday at 4pm at the Abacoa Town Center in Jupiter is the beloved Classic Car Cruise-In and Oldies Concert! It rolls into town once a month and is the ultimate destination for car enthusiasts.

After years in the mix and coming to town once a month, the Classic Car Cruise-In has earned a large following. The event fills the streets of the Abacoa Town Center with gorgeous classic cars. This popular cruise is limited to year 1974 and older vehicles (later models of special interest may be allowed with prior approval). You and your family and friends can stroll along the rows of hot rods, enjoy different vendors at a discount, raffles and a parade. Every few weeks on a nice Friday evening in the Abacoa Town Center is a popular movie being screened on the lawn for all to enjoy! These fun Friday nights are known as the “Friday Night Flicks.” Open to the public, the newest releases and beloved classic movies are played on the jumbo screen al fresco right in the middle of Abacoa Real Estate. 

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to pull up a seat with your family and friends for this weekend’s screening of the mega hit Star Wars The Force Awakens. Experience this thrill seeking film with Rey, Finn, and Kylo Ren, as well as many of the original characters of the classic saga, under the stars on a warm summer evening.

If you have a classic car or you just love to look at them, you have to check out the monthly classic car show at the Abacoa Town Center, in Jupiter, Florida. The Abacoa Town Center Cruise In is held on the first Saturday of every month and the next Classic Car Cruise-In is coming up this Saturday!

Abacoa is known for its family friendly atmosphere and this is reflected in its kid-friendly events. For example, Kids Eat Free Monday and Tuesday with the purchase of an adult entrée at Copacabana Cuban Cuisine, Monday through Thursday with the purchase of an adult entree at Jumby Bay Island Grill, and Fridays with the purchase of an adult meal at JJ Muggs Stadium Grill. In addition, on April 5 to April 6, there was a Star Wars Night at Roger Dean Stadium, in which the 501st Everglades Squad was welcomed. Children and adults alike were able to take pictures with their favorite Star Wars characters, as well as play trivia games and contests, and gain exposure to special Star Wars promotions.

Live Music at Abacoa Town Center

There are a number of musicians that perform in the establishments in Abacoa Town Center. On any given night you can hear these live acts blasting out of Jumby Bay, Rooneys, or the main stage at the West End of Town Center Dr.

Every Thursday from 8pm to 2am at Jumby Bay Island Grill, one can find live music from Mike Sanchez, a singer-songwriter who is currently promoting his album, Stars and Hotel Bars. Having opened for acts such as Daughtry, Sanchez’ music is primarily classified as R&B and soul, and his album boasts high reviews on iTunes. He started out collaborating with artists such as Eric Clapton and Mick Fleetwood and eventually decided to pursue a solo career. He is also known as part of Big Town Playboys and Bill Wymen’s Rhythm Kings.
