The West Palm Brewery & Wine Vault, just two streets over from Clematis, is a place for beer and wine connoisseurs to enjoy in-house fermented beer, wine, and delicious food.

The whole concept of this brewery is based on interaction. You can see the sealed fermentation tanks in the room behind the bartenders and you'll also notice chefs making food cooked to order from their original menu of small plates. This bar food isn't second-rate that's for sure; it's raved over by customers, as you can see from these Yelp reviews. The menu includes small pizzas, Charcuterie boards, Bavarian pretzels, sliders, wings and more.

On the interior, the brewery has a modern industrial style with high top barrel-base tables, dropdown lighting fixtures, and stone

When you think of South Florida, wine is probably not the first thing that comes to mind. Over the past few years, however, several wineries have emerged in response to the growing number of wine-lovers now living the area. Here’s our guide to a few great wineries in South Florida.

Aspirations Winery

Since 2010 Aspirations Winery has been making some of Florida's best, handcrafted, low sulfite wines. Located in sunny Clearwater Florida, they hand-craft over 25 wines every year, right at their veteran family owned & operated micro-winery. Although they specialize in making some of the tastiest award-winning, fruit-infused wines around, they also produce your favorite dry reds, whites as well as some dessert wines.

Mathews Brewing Co. was opened in 2018 by David Mathews, a 55-year-old West Palm Beach local who decided to follow his dream of opening a brewery. Mathews is a USF graduate with a degree in engineering and worked in the field full-time while also spending 23 years brewing beer out of his garage at his home in Boynton Beach and then in West Palm Beach for the past 10 years.

He says his new state-of-the-art brewery is a dream come true. It has an open concept so you can see the operations that'd normally be behind the scenes. The huge brewing tanks are in clear view from the modern industrial-style taproom. There's a trendy outdoor patio with an earthy theme, several tables, a beer garden, picnic tables near the outdoor stage, and games like

The results are in; Das Beer Garden offers the most diverse variety of craft beer in Palm Beach County.

America has seen an enormous boom in the craft beer market, with beer enthusiasts demanding more complex and tantalizing varieties than the previously dominant light lagers. As recently as 2012, the duopoly of Anheuser-Busch InBev and MillerCoors controlled nearly 90 percent of beer production.

In the last decade, independent breweries have expanded by a factor of six, and while Americans are actually drinking less beer than they did in the 2000s, they’re often opting for a superior product, like one of the 100+ beers available daily at Das Beer Garden in Jupiter’s Downtown Abacoa.

Craft breweries have focused on tastes that were
