The Everglades National Park is located within a 2.5-hour drive from Palm Beach County. The National Park is considered to be one of Florida’s most cherished state park. In August 2018 the park turned 96 years old and is the third largest park and third largest tropical wilderness in the country.

The Everglades is a massive 1.5 million acres of wetlands that houses more than 2,300 miles of natural habits for snakes, birds, alligators, the Florida panther and other wild life. The park also offers hiking and biking trails, fishing, kayaking and canoeing, places to stay and eat and more.
