For 30 years, the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary in Jupiter has been responsible for the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of thousands of animals back into their natural environment since opening. Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, the largest such facility in Palm Beach County reintroducing endangered and core species back into our fragile ecosystems. Since the opening of the sanctuary over 1.7 million guests have participated in the free education programs.  These educational programs help inform visitors about environmental conservation and protection.

Lighthouses are wondrous things, like the historic Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, beautiful, nonetheless incredibly useful. They serve two significant purposes, first, they serve as a navigation aid and secondly, to warn ships and boats of dangerous areas. August 7, 2021, is National Lighthouse Day.  If you are in the Jupiter area head on over to the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum.

Celebrate how these scenic, historic structures guided travelers throughout the centuries. In 1789, the U.S. Congress passed an act securing the protection of all lighthouses under federal support. Carnivores prepare for a delicious new steakhouse heading toward Jupiter! Truthfully, not a completely “new” restaurant but a sister steakhouse of the renowned Okeechobee Steakhouse.  Owner Ralph Lewis announced he just signed the lease for the former Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant on the corner of Indiantown Road and Central Boulevard. Lewis plans to open Lewis Steakhouse sometime around November 1, 2021. 

Lewis stated “My goal has been to open a restaurant to which I could give some ownership to my longtime employees.
