LagoonFest 2022 falls on November 5, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Flagler Drive, overlooking the estuary. The Lake Worth Lagoon is not only in Lake Worth, it is a 20-mile-long urban estuary, where beauty is above and below the watermark. It travels along thirteen cities in Palm Beach County from North Palm Beach to West Palm Beach to Boynton Beach. The lagoon is a waterway in which you can go diving, kayaking, boating, fishing, birdwatching, or sip a cocktail at one of the fantastic waterfront restaurants. There are also inlets leading to the Atlantic Ocean from the lagoon.

Palm Beach County has declared annually every second Saturday in December to be Andrew “Red” Harris Artificial Reef Day! The Andrew “Red” Harris Foundation was created to honor the memory of Andrew Harris, a Jupiter resident, who was struck by a boat while snorkeling in the Jupiter Inlet in 2014. The foundation’s mission will help assure the long-term health and vibrancy of the local marine environment where Andrew loved to dive and fish. This will be a day to celebrate Andrew’s life and the reef work done in his memory.

During this promotion, the objective is to increase awareness of the disease, encourage women to get their annual mammograms, and raise funds for research. The Florida Breast Cancer Foundation offers many resources to Palm Beach County women.

There is a 750-seat theatre which is a cultural hub for northern Palm Beach County. The Eissey Campus Theatre has been presenting community programs as well as entertainment through its popular music series.
