The Downtown Palm Beach Gardens, formally The Downtown at the Gardens is continuing to host their outdoor concert series on Friday and Saturday nights.

The free weekly concert features a diverse lineup of regional and local bands playing everything from country, classic rock, pop, blues, jazz, oldies and everything in between. The concerts take place in the Centre Court of the outdoor shopping and lifestyle center. The live music will begin at 6 pm and last until 9 pm.

Come and celebrate the Palm Beach lifestyle at the Lilly Pulitzer’s Beach Bash that helps support and benefit the Sea Turtle Hospital at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center and the friends at Lilly Pulitzer have partnered together for the ultimate Beach Bash party. The annual Beach Bash is now its 14th year and is one of Lilly Pulitzer’s largest annual charity event.

The theme this year is Squeeze the Day, because the fashion brand Lilly Pulitzer once started as a juice stand. The bright and colorful patterned outfits and designs were founded by the former Palm Beach resident Lilly Pulitzer in 1959. The Pulitzer family owned several Florida citrus orange groves and Lilly opened a juice stand on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach.

Downtown At The Gardens, the outdoor shopping and lifestyle center is about to undergo a name change for 2020. The Downtown at the Gardens will now be known as Downtown Palm Beach Gardens.

ShopCore Properties, the owners and operators of the 49-acre center announced this December that the center will be changing its name. In addition to the name change, the center will be adding a state-of-the- art Ride Share Lounge, Voodoo Bayou Restaurant and Subculture Coffee. Also coming soon is a new Lifetime Athletic Center, a resort-style fitness club that broke ground on a 3-story exercise facility with a spa, exercise classes and rooftop bistro. New stores and restaurants that have recently opened include Pineapple Kidz, Le Bouchon Bistro and Vagabond Apparel.

The Annual Ugly Sweater Crawl is coming to West Palm Beach and Rosemary Square this Saturday. The bar crawl will feature many bars throughout downtown West Palm Beach.

This weekend, head to the Riverwalk Plaza in Jupiter for the inaugural Toast to the Coast hosted by Teach the Beach Foundation.

The Toast to the Coast will help benefit the ocean and environment conservation. Many outreach and learning programs will be present from many of our local environmental conversation non-profits and organizations.

The Breakers

While The Breakers, opened in 1896, is certainly nothing new, but the hotel’s 200-foot lobby is. There’s also new art at the Eau Palm Beach resort, including playful paddleboards designed in collaboration with Estée Lauder creative director Donald Robertson, painter and textile designer Lulu DK and photographer Nicholas Mele. The Worth Avenue Association and The Town of Palm Beach are partnering together to host the Palm Beach Concours Car Show this weekend.

The Classic Car Show is this Sunday, December 8th from 11 am to 2 pm. The Car Show is taking place on the iconic Worth Avenue from the 100 block to the 300 block. The free community event will showcase the iconic shopping destination of Worth Avenue with high-end and luxury automobiles. The cars featured in the show cover everything from classics to exotics cars.

The cars in the show will be judged based on the vehicle’s exterior, vehicle’s interior, vehicle’s engine bay, and the vehicle’s overall aesthetics. Eased category is a set of points totaling 100 points for a perfect score.

The 4th Annual West Palm Beach Arts Festival is happening this Saturday at the Armory Art Center. There will be juried, local and out-of-town artists, live music, demonstrations, food trucks, and activities for all ages.
