We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym in Tequesta is an amazing indoor play space! This exceedingly clean and sociable kids’ gym is full of fun things for all children. The gym has suspended swings, a huge trampoline, climbing walls, and even a zip line. This fitness center for little ones has earned such a big following since its opening. Once a month, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum host a hike through their 120-acre Outstanding Natural Area. As the place where the Loxahatchee River and Indian River Lagoon come together, it has yielded signs of early cultures living along these significant waters. Step back in time and experience natural undeveloped Jupiter and Tequesta on the hike.

Open sunrise to sunset. There are two trails. Enjoy a 1.5-mile trek through the area, learning about the topography and natural history, stopping at historic points along the way including the lighthouse. The hike lasts approximately two hours. Wear hiking footwear, activewear, a hat, sunglasses, and bring a big bottle of water because you will be out in the sun.

A rare Andy Warhol exhibit is at the Lighthouse ArtCenter in Tequesta. The ArtCenter debuted “Warhol! Warhol! Warhol!” in its Spencer Gallery on January 13. The exhibit features more than twenty pieces of rare Warhol works from the collections of Beth Rudin DeWoody and Marshall Fields.

Warhol, the iconic artist is best known for his Campbell’s Soup Cans and silkscreen portraits of Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, and more. The Lighthouse ArtCenter exhibition chronicles his early and late-career with illustrations created during his freelance days in the early 1960s to his experimental Oxidation paintings.

A display of pieces by ceramicist Ray Gross, including a life-size porcelain Harley-Davidson motorcycle, will pay homage to the Warhol works.

The 10th Annual Chili Cook-Off and Beer Tasting Event honors Palm Beach County local heroes on Saturday, November 13th, 2021, between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. The chili cookoff will take place at One Main Street, in Tequesta.  

The food festival will be a full day of fun, food, and honoring our local heroes. The day will entail:

 - An award ceremony honoring WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War, Wounded Veterans, and Gold Star Families. 

- Military flyovers from the US Coast Guard, PBC Sheriff's Office, and the Pratt Whitney Black Hawk.

 - 32 Teams from public safety, military, and the private sector compete for the best chili; Judging is done by15 local celebrity judges; there is also a People's Choice Award voted on by all attendees.
