Since 2017, The Butcher Shop Beer Garden & Grill, 209 6th Street, West Palm Beach, has quickly become a staple to downtown. It is in a historical building which was once an old airplane hangar. The Butcher Shop holds true to its the Eastern European flavor and serves a mix of local Palm Beach County brews, including Twisted Trunk and Saltwater Brewery. The butcher shop retail space embodies an old-school New York butcher shop and uses authentic butchery techniques. They stock fresh, all-natural, antibiotic and hormone-free cuts of steak, a selection of Certified Angus Prime, 100% certified organic poultry, homemade sausages and hamburgers. Â
By combining a beer garden and butcher shop, The Butcher Shop offers prime meats, great quality sausages and burgers for ordering inside the restaurant, or for taking home to cook for the family.
