The holidays in Palm Beach are unlike anywhere else. While we’re fortunate enough to avoid the cold and snow, that doesn’t stop us from creating a warm elaborately decorated “winter wonderland” during the holidays. After extensive planning and preparation, the Design Studio at The Breakers Palm Beach spends days decking the halls of the resort during this merry season. This year, the décor will be inspired by the vibrant colors emanating from the lobby’s new custom-designed, hand-tufted carpet.

Enhancements include thousands of soft white lights that wrap the 100 majestic royal palms and Canary Island date trees, lining the hotel’s 1,040 ft. main drive. 170,000 twinkle lights, 8,000 ornaments, 12,000 feet of ribbon and 126 bows create a jolly atmosphere. Two 18 ft. evergreen trees and a sculptural menorah illuminate the hotel lobby. Flagler Steakhouse showcases a stunning 14 ft. tree in its lobby, and the Italian Restaurant features a whimsical 7.5 ft. nutcracker-inspired tree.

Strolling through the Breakers itself is a treat, but this time of year also brings many holiday-themed events and activities for guests and families, such as a holiday feast in the Ponce De Leon Ballroom, a Holiday Tea, the Ultimate New Year’s Eve at HMF, and the New Year’s Eve Fantasy Ball.

For an elevated and visually enchanting holiday experience, The Breakers Palm Beach is a delightful addition to your family tradition.
