Sahaja meditation is a simple, time-honored technique which reduces stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more centered and better balanced. It is very easy to learn and practice, and yet extremely effective in reducing stress and bringing a sense of relaxation, peace, and balance into one's life.
