The Bistro in Jupiter is a neighborhood place. It is first-class and upscale inside, but not stuffy. If you know The Palm Beach Grill or Mark’s at CityPlace, you know the feel - crisp napkins, polished glassware, lively bar, white tablecloths, crescent shaped booths that are deeply cushioned and cozy, the murmur of happy diners in the background but not loud.

A long ceramic dish with chicken liver pate, fresh cool butter, and herb and garlic seasoned olive oil accompanied the rolls. The menu is indeed bursting with bistro fare and the prices are reasonable and the quality is impressive.

Favorites on the menu are:

- Escargot with…
