Take a different type of hike through the Floridian wilderness on the Firefly Hike in the Pine Glades Natural Area near Jupiter. See the evening come to life with the gentle flicker of fireflies or lightning bugs as they light up the night sky. 

Join the staff at the Environmental Resources Management (ERM) as the sunsets over the surrounding environment. Jupiter’s $150 million dollar waterfront entertainment and shopping complex, Harbourside Place, is not in distress.  Although one restaurant, the Deep Blu Seafood Grille, did not have the success, it hoped it would have had.  The space will be converted into “a spot for weddings and social functions”.  The idea seemingly makes more logic.  The Deep Blu Seafood Grille opened a year ago.

The 4,000 square foot restaurant closed and is in the process of being transformed into a social affair epicenter. The owner states that the space will be more profitable as a catering venue, than as a restaurant.  The Wyndham Grand Jupiter Hotel will manage the space for social affairs.

Furry Friends, a no-kill shelter and clinic in Jupiter, will be hosting this family event that features live music, kids’ activities, food, vendors and dogs catching waves. The National Association of Realtors data shows existing home sales ascended again in June 2016. They stated, “Existing home sales maintained their upward trajectory in June and increased for the fourth consecutive month.”

The National Association of Realtors, “The Voice for Realtors”, is the United States principal trade association. They represent 1.1. million members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate.

“Palm Beach County’s housing market is scorching,” Ten-X, a company that has profound roots in technology and real estate, said in its report released earlier this week. Seasonally attuned home values are up 16.8 percent year-over-year, “the highest pace in the country.”
