Some sports that initially have been played outdside have also been brought inside, such as treadmills for runners and indoor wave pools for surfers as well as spin class for bicyclists. Now, they are adding another sport, Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) to the indoor world! 

Stand Up Paddleboaring (SUP) is a great low-impact workout and a more enjoyable way to get into balance and core strength. Engaging in this type of total body workout is to purely to have fun all while giving excellent muscle tones and  activating all the fibers from your toes and up. From March 16th to March 20th, the Palm Beach Gardens Golf Course will be holding a "March Madness Spring Break Golf Camp" for children ages 5-17.

The camp will feature the NCAA Basketball Tournament's "March Madness" theme. The week will begin with participants representing some of college basketball's powerhouse teams. The participants will then train and compete in a "Final Four" style bracket for different competitions to see which team will win the Palm Beach Gardens March Madness.

The camp will wrap up on Friday with an awards ceremony following the end of camp tournament which parents are invited to attend.

Bass Fishing Program
Florida has launched a campaign to better facilitate its Trophy Catch largemouth bass conservation program. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission biologists are marking Large Mouth Bass greater than 8 pounds with a dart tag for anglers who catch and release in Florida. Fishing for these big bass, freshwater anglers have the chance to win some awesome cash prizes!

Simple steps to earn your reward:

Name: The 8,000 square foot, two story restaurant will be called "The Woods Jupiter: Sports and Dining Club".
