Artichoke and Vine – Boca Raton
In honor of their two -year anniversary Artichoke and Vine is offering a free appetizer during the entire month of November. The 100% plant-based cuisine restaurant is bringing back their popular Artichoke and Spinach Dip to the menu. Guests who purchase two entrees every Monday through Thursday during the entire month of November will receive a complimentary Artichoke and Spinach dip appetizer for dine in or take out. The Artichoke and Spinach Dip appetizer is served with pita bread. Artichoke and Vine is located at 4800 North Federal Highway, in Boca Raton.
Artichoke and Vine’s food is designed with traditional cooking and ingredients. It is specifically intended to appeal to both plant based and conventional dinners. “We are proud to offer fresh homemade, creative, flavorful foods and desserts. We appreciate our customers ongoing support during these times and wanted to do something special to show our appreciation,” said Artichoke and Vine Chef/ Owner Steve Carroll.
Favorites on the menu items include Zen Out Bowl (cauliflower, broccoli, roasted chickpeas, sweet potato, zucchini, mesclun, rice and quinoa with an avocado tahini dressing), Eggplant Rollatini (Panko breaded eggplant wrapped around sunflower ricotta in a white wine tomato sauce), “Egg” bacon and cheese (Tofu egg, tempeh bacon and vegan cheese on an everything bagel with avocado, tomato, and mayo with potato wedges) and a vegan take on a Cuban Sandwich.
Every dessert and pastry are made in house at Artichoke and Vine. Sweets vary daily with choices of cookies, muffins, cupcakes, cheesecake, key lime pie and vegan chocolate chip cookie dough. Artichoke and Vine offers gluten free, soy free and nut free options.
