Vegan For Beginners is an online workshop live on Saturday, June 19, 202, at 5:00 p.m. for a cooking first!  At the workshop you learn the basics and then watch the meal being prepared.

With more people in Jupiter and Tequesta interested in vegan/plant-based eating. Some are just curious, some want to sample vegan eating, and some are ready to become total vegans. Both ZOOM events will introduce you to the vegan lifestyle.

Planta West Palm Beach the long-awaited plant-based eatery with roots in Toronto and Miami ultimately debuted in downtown West Palm Beach. Offering locally sourced fare, Planta is the only 100-percent vegan restaurant in Rosemary Square.  With the all organic, plant-based eating, things on the menu appeal to even the hungriest of meat-eaters.
