The SilverBall Museum in Delray Beach is not so much a museum as it is a hands-on-deck arcade.

The SilverBall Museum houses dozens of pinball machines, skeeball, air hockey, Pacman, frogger and other classic arcade games from the 50s through the 90s. They're all available for you to play for super cheap.

Feel like a kid again playing classic games while also enjoying a cocktail, glass of wine or beer from the full bar. While the games are old, the museum is new and clean and will soon be one of your favorite places to hang out.

The cost is only $10 for one hour of unlimited gameplay or $25 for an all-day pass.

Find out more online here.

The SilverBall Museum is located at 19 NE 3rd Ave., Delray Beach, FL 33483.

Grab your kids this weekend and head to the Flamingo Gardens!

The Flamingo Gardens is located on 3750 South Flamingo Road, in Davie. Trust us, it's worth the drive. Originally the property of Floyd and Jane Wray, who built a home and citrus grove here in 1933. At the time, it was at the edge of the Everglades.  They started a collection of tropical and subtropical fruit trees and shrubs. The Wray home still stands today and now is a museum illustrating a country home in the early 1930s.

Flamingo Gardens has been in existence for over 90 years. It is a 60-acre, not-for-profit botanical garden and wildlife sanctuary like no other you have ever encountered. The collection features exotic, native and very rare plants.

The current exhibit,…

Harbourside Place is a beautiful, waterfront shopping and dining complex located in Jupiter. It has quite a few restaurants ranging from quick bites to upscale sit-downs. Here's a list and a little bit about each of them:

The Woods

The Woods is a steakhouse/sports bar owned by Tiger Woods. The servers sport Nike gear uniforms and bring hot towels to the table after finger-food courses. Patrons enjoy the energetic atmosphere just as much as the food. The rib-eye sandwich is a tender, flavorful steak topped with and Drunken Goat cheese, balsamic onions, and served on a toasted French baguette. It's a favorite at the restaurant along with the bone-in pork chop and prime burger.

Where: 129 Soundings Ave., Jupiter. 561-320-9627.

The National Wild and Scenic Rivers Act was created by Congress in 1968 to preserve certain rivers with outstanding natural, cultural, and recreational values in a free-flowing condition for the enjoyment of present and future generations.

Quite frankly, the environmental rarity and diversity of the Loxahatchee River is understated. While the United States is home to 3.6 million miles of river, fewer than 13,000 miles actually qualify as a “Wild and Scenic River”. In 1985, a 10-mile stretch of the Loxahatchee River became Florida’s first Wild and Scenic River, representing only .04% of Florida’s 25,949 miles of river. Currently, the Loxahatchee River is one of two rivers holding this title in Florida, and the only one that falls under all three…

Thanks to the Floridian Aquifer, the state of Florida has literally hundreds of freshwater springs, 33 of which are first-magnitude. First magnitude means these springs discharge massive amounts of water which, for us, means they're large enough to swim in. These springs are crystal clear with a nice refreshing temperature of 72-74 year-round.

Most of Florida's larger springs are north of I4 which runs diagonally from Tampa to Daytona Beach. This is because the Floridan Aquifer is closer to the surface in that area, and runs deeper the more south you go. South Florida residents can easily take a day trip to any of the state's best springs, which are most central.

Here are some of the coolest and closest springs for residents of South Florida
