The 5th Annual Wounded Veterans Relief Fund 5k Run/Walk honors those who are serving and those who have served the United States. This 5k raises funds to help Florida veterans who find themselves on the verge of homelessness. The Wounded Veterans Relief Fund provides veterans with housing and transportation assistance, activities, and resources to help them find their new "normal". Their mission is to save lives and keep families together. 

Not only is this 5k for a great cause, but it winds through our beloved scenic Riverbend Park, along the Loxahatchee River, and through Battefield Park. T-shirts and finisher medals are guaranteed for the first 400 registrants.

This event raises money for Families First of Palm Beach County, a non-profit who provides a hand-up to families so they can find their way back to self-sufficiency and provide safe, loving homes for their children. Services are directed toward famly strengthening, health, behavioral health, and housing.

Join the Loxahatchee River Center of Jupiter every Saturday from 2pm to 2:30pm for a free public tour of their aquarium. Not only do you and the kids get to learn all about local Florida wildlife, but you’ll have the opportunity to see the fish in action during feeding time!

The River Center is a great place to take your kids to learn about the Loxahatchee River system hands-on through live aquatic tanks, interactive exhibits, and even a “touch tank” populated with marine animals.

This Saturday, November 16th, 2019, the Concorso Ferrari Palm Beach event returns to sunny Jupiter, Florida on Abacoa Golf Club. More than sixty classes and modern Ferraris will be displayed by members of the Ferrari Club of America. This event is free to the public from 10 AM to 3 PM, but car registration if reserved for Ferrari Club of America members.

The Concorso will be judged according to IAC/PFA standards, and will honor POST (Pediatric Oncology Support Team) at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach. POST helps children and their families cope with heartbreaking effects of childhood cancer.

To ensure that booming private development in Jupiter, Florida, wouldn’t eliminate public waterfront access, the Riverwalk was born. In 1998 the town of Jupiter adopted a plan and design for what would eventually become the Jupiter Riverwalk. The vision was to create an active livable waterfront with plenty of public access, and in in 2001 construction began on the very first sections of the Riverwalk. Today a full 2 1/5 miles of Riverwalk is open to the public. It meanders through natural, residential and business areas, and entertainment districts.
