For months now, anyone who has driven by Carlin Park here in Jupiter has seen the sign saying "Oceanfront Restaurant Coming Soon". For twenty-five years, the Lazy Loggerhead Cafe occupied the big blue building on the hill, serving up breakfast and lunch fare. But for about a year now, that space has sat unoccupied. We now know that the new occupant will be the fourth location for Dune Dog Cafe!

According to the Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners website, they "approved a concessionaire lease agreement with Dune Dog Acquisitions Inc. for Carlin Park in Jupiter" on Tuesday, October 17th, 2023.
