Long days at the beach are normal in Palm Beach County; the sun is always shining, the sand is white and soft, and the water is clear and refreshing. But the sun exposure and salty water can be harsh on the skin and hair. Luckily there are two great spas in the area that can restore the body and calm the mind.

The first is Kaffee’s Garden Spa in West Palm Beach. This spa is all about bringing peace to the body and the mind. Find tranquility through aromatherapy, dry salt therapy, or a Himalayan Stone back massage. There are a variety of facials and massages to choose from and Kaffee’s also offers nail treatments and body waxing using the European Hard Wax method.
