Downtown Stuart hosts a lively outdoor concert series called Rock'n Riverwalk. Rock’n Riverwalk is presented every Sunday, between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., by the Historic Stuart Downtown Business Association and Sunday by Stuart Main Street. Both non-profit organizations host the event at no charge to the public thanks to generous sponsors and attendee donations.

In 2000, Rock'n Riverwalk began as the concert series each Friday afternoon from October through June. Over time, the event's popularity grew, and the downtown traffic grew. The event was renamed Riverwalk Jazz Series and moved to Sundays. As popularity increased, they expanded from jazz to all genres of music, and once again the event was renamed Rock’n Riverwalk.

The internationally acclaimed fine arts exhibition is set to return to Southeast Florida. The Coconut Grove Arts Festival, which is in Miami-Dade County was canceled in 2021 due to the pandemic.
