Here in Palm Beach County, the ANGARI Foundation is directly supporting research initiatives. They will be releasing 40 Drift Cards and ask the public to help. Please be aware that Palm Beach County is currently under a Hurricane Watch. Sub-Tropical Storm Nichole is currently located East of the Bahamas. Currently, it is forecast to become a category 1 hurricane and hit the West Palm Beach area. Tropical storm force winds are expected in this area as early as Wednesday morning. 

Please prepare your home for a possible landfall or near miss in this area.  Evaluate what aspects of your property need to be prepared for this storm.  Pay particular attention to umbrellas, fabric canopies/awnings, loose furniture/personal items on porches/lanais and pool decks, drainage, etc.
