The city of Palm Beach Gardens is suitably named, as it is comprised of 30 percent flourishing greenery. Located seven miles north of West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens is known for its excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities at the Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, and Legacy Place. The National Association of Realtors data shows existing home sales ascended again in June 2016. They stated, “Existing home sales maintained their upward trajectory in June and increased for the fourth consecutive month.”

The National Association of Realtors, “The Voice for Realtors”, is the United States principal trade association. They represent 1.1. million members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate.

“Palm Beach County’s housing market is scorching,” Ten-X, a company that has profound roots in technology and real estate, said in its report released earlier this week. Seasonally attuned home values are up 16.8 percent year-over-year, “the highest pace in the country.”

Witness a very rare opportunity; observe a sea turtle hatchling release.  Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) is one of Florida’s unique non-profit educational and entertaining destinations dedicated to ocean and sea turtle conservation. On the beautiful Jupiter Inlet stands a historical piece of real estate, a 1906 Sperry built boathouse.  Located within the Suni Sands mobile home park property, the significant structure will be demolished and transform into a historic hotel on the 10-acre site of the Jupiter Inlet.

William Sperry and his wife, who were owners of Sperry & Hutchinson Green Stamps, built the boathouse.  Most people of a certain age, who are from the South Florida area, will recall S & H Green Stamps from Publix.  Customers collected the stamps at the grocery store or gas station, pasted them into booklets and then redeemed them for various items from books, to shoes, to canoes and more.

Most people when they think of Florida think of white beaches and the sparkling blue waters off the Atlantic Ocean. These sentiments are an accurate description of a part of Florida, South Florida.  The Sunshine State actually is scattered with diverse topography. Florida is part of the “Atlantic-Gulf Coastal Plain” which occupies much of the eastern and southeastern states.

The peninsula of Florida is essentially flat terrain.  Much of the land in Florida is barely above sea level. Golf Digest recently came out with their annual list of the top golf courses in the United States. Golf Digest is the official magazine of the golf world and has compiled a list of “America’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses” since 1966.  Ranking at number 12 on that list this year is Seminole Golf Club in the Seminole Landing community. 

Located in Juno Beach, the Donald Ross designed course, directly on the Atlantic Ocean in South Florida, is one of the most private golf clubs in the entire country. The 6,836 yard, par-72 course was originally opened 1929 and boasts a very select membership.
