The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is now open to the public and is hosting two events this June.  The Lighthouse and Museum reopened to visitors on June 9th for tours and events.

Lighthouse Sunset Tour: Wednesday, June 24th

Tomorrow, the lighthouse is hosting their popular Lighthouse Sunset Tour. Visitors can climb to the top of the lighthouse tower and take in the spectacular sunset views of Jupiter. Visitors will even get to see the Jupiter Lighthouse turn on and illuminate the sky and get a peak inside the lighthouse watch room. The City of WPB has announced a “DIY” celebration for the upcoming 4th of July.

On 4th of July, all West Palm Beach residents will be able to see the fireworks either by looking up at the sky or through the City’s partnership with WPBF 25. The station’s “Project CommUNITY: Fireworks from Home” will start at 9pm and includes a special program, as well as a live broadcast of the City’s fireworks as the finale. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is taking their 9th annual Run 4 The Sea virtual this weekend. The race is open to both runners and walkers of all ages.

The race is a 4-mile walk or run and it begins once you start your timer. There will also be a kids 1-mile Virtual Run for those wanting to participate.

Mounts Botanical Gardens, 531 North Military Trail, in West Palm Beach reopened Tuesday, June 16, 2020.  The 14-acre wonderland will operate at 50% capacity with only 100 people at a time allowed inside.  It is Palm Beach County's oldest and largest public garden with plants from six continents.
