Come watch the first ever First Responders Appreciation Golf Tournament this Sunday at Banyan Cay Resort & Golf in West Palm Beach.

The tournament consists of 25 teams of four Police Officers, Firefighters and EMTs. It was created to honor our first responders and show appreciation for the dangerous, stressful work they do every day. 

The winning team will receive the Grand Prize of $1,000 to a charity of their choice. Other awards will be given our for Closest to the Pin, Straightest Drive, Longest Putt and a Hole in One Grand Prize of a new car for a year.

Autism is one of the fastest growing developmental disorders in the U.S. One in 59 children are now born with autism and one in 37 boys have the disease as it is four times more likely to affect males. 

Because of the increasing number of cases each year, it's likely we know or will meet families affected by autism.

The South Florida Science Center and Aquarium (SFSCA) in West Palm Beach holds "Sensory Saturdays" on the first Saturday of each month, allowing these families to explore the center from 8-10 a.m. before it's open to the public.

On the first Friday of the month from June-August, the Palm Beach Zoo hosts "Safari Night," a family event filled with entertainment, animals, and giveaways.

From 4:30-9 p.m. the zoo is open for you to see the animals at night with special presentations by keepers like "Tropics of the Americas" in the jaguar exhibit.

The Roar & Pour at the Zoo is returning for summer this Saturday, May 26th with a tribute to Aerosmith. 

The Roar & Pour is a concert/event series that the Palm Beach Zoo holds every summer. On the last Saturday of May through August, the zoo opens up in the evening for a night of drinks, food and live music. 

The party starts at 4:30 p.m. when the whole zoo opens to be explored. At 5 p.m. the tiki bar opens up and serves a good list of beer and wine. This Saturday, Mathews Brewing Co. will be doing a "tap takeover" featuring their cream ale "Sweet Emotion" and their "Accelerate IPA."

Every year, the Palm Beach Jerk & Caribbean Culture Festival draws thousands of people to celebrate food, music, and culture of the Caribbean!

The Festival takes place at the South Florida Fairgrounds in West Palm Beach on Memorial day, May 28th, from 2-10 p.m.

You can enjoy an evening of authentic Jamaican cuisine, live island music, carnival rides and more. Many local vendors participate in the event with cool arts and crafts and you can be a judge in the jerk cook-off, tasting jerk prepared by locally residing native islanders.

The first annual Conservation Cup Mini Golf Classic will be this Saturday, May 19th, at the new Nicklaus-Fazio designed course at the South Florida Science Center & Aquarium in West Palm Beach.

The Conservation Cup is a fun way to draw people to the 18-hole mini golf course in the backyard of the Science Center. Complete with lush greens, flowery gardens and flowing streams, the course is both pretty and engaging.

The Conservation Cup competition will consist of two players per team at the entry cost of $50 per person. The fee also includes a cookout on the course, contests for cashes prizes, and access to the center. All proceeds will go toward youth programs and exhibitions at the SFSCA.

The "561 Foodie: Food Truck Series" is a food truck invasion every 2nd Saturday of the month in downtown West Palm Beach.

While there are lots of food truck gatherings throughout Palm Beach County each month, this one's a little different- taking place after hours from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

You'll find a line of trucks along the 400 and 500 Blocks of Clematis Street serving up cuisine that's fresh and cooked to order.

On the first Saturday of every month, car and coffee aficionados gather together to hang out, have fellowship and show off cars. 

The free event takes place in the parking lot of the Palm Beach Outlets in West Palm Beach and draws hundreds of vehicles and vendors. You'll see cars from old classics like VW busses to hot rods like Ferraris. If you have a cool car, t's only $5 to enter it in the show. 

This Saturday's meet up will feature not just one but two unique Tramontana sports cars and the TLM race team! There will also be games, giveaways, food and more.

Every Saturday the National Croquet Center in West Palm Beach hosts free lessons on their beautiful property.

The center in West Palm is the largest in the world. It has a 19,000 square-foot Caribbean-Colonial-style clubhouse, verandas overlooking four acres of lush gardens, an elegant ballroom, restaurant and more.

Free lessons are on Saturdays at 10 a.m. A professional instructor will teach you how to hit the ball, score wickets, learn strategy and plot moves. You can invite your friends to have a nice morning game of croquet and have lunch at the Croquet Grille afterward.
