The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is hosting their Family Adventure Day series on Saturday, February 16th from 10 am to 1 pm.
Family Adventure Days are part of the Lighthouse’s new series that is aimed for families and features family activities, sea-inspired and educational events, and adventures about Florida’s history. Next Saturday the event will be featured around Keepers and Life Savers. The day will include arts and crafts, games, story-telling, hands on activities and water and rescue demonstrations.
Activities for the day will start at and will continue until 12 pm. Guests are asked to bring their own picnic lunches that will be served at 12 pm. Don’t forget the bring the picnic blanket, sunscreen, and swimming gear for activities near the shoreline.
Children under 18 and free of charge and adults are $10 dollars per adult. Tickets can be purchased online here.
After the event, attendees are encouraged to take a tour of the Jupiter Lighthouse. Children must be at least 48 inches tall to climb to the top.
