Join the AustinBlu Foundation and The River Center in Jupiter for the annual AustinBlu Fishing Tournament on Saturday, June 15th.

This family friendly fishing tournament aims to support outreach efforts and support education and the importance of safety on the water. The two also team up throughout the year to host several Boating Safety Classes.

This Fishing Tournament is unique, not only does it host one competition, but it hosts two, a Release Competition and a Harvest Competition. In the Release Competition, anglers will receive points for the number of fish and the species of fish caught, photographed and released back into the water. The Harvest Competition, anglers compete to catch the heaviest fish out of four categories. The four categories include: Saltwater Catfish, Crevalle Jack, Snapper (any species), and Checkered Puffer.

The tournament begins on Saturday, June 8th at 7:00 am and with lines out of the water at 3:00 pm. Anglers will have until 4:00 pm to submit final weights for their catches to participate. Celebrations and awards will begin shortly after around 5: 00 pm. The winners will be announced at 7:00 pm. To view the Rules, click here.
