February Events At The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum

The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is open 7 days a week and hosts a series of events throughout the week. The iconic red lighthouse has been part of Jupiter’s history since its construction in 1853.

Here is a list of the events happening at the Lighthouse this month.

Twilight Yoga at the Light: Monday February 11th, 18th, and 25th
Come and join in on the ultimate yoga class outside underneath the stars and lighthouse. Mary Veal will be teaching yoga at sunset every Monday at 6 pm. The classes last approximately 1 hour, and all are welcomed to attend. Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a flashlight. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class and meet at the Museum. Classes are weather permitting, so be sure to check the website for details.

Valentine Blooms & Bubbly Brunch: Tuesday, February 12th at 10:30 am

Lighthouse Lectures: Early Pioneers Life in Jupiter & Juno: Tuesday February 12th
LRHS Historian Josh Liller shares the stories of Juno Beach and Jupiter pioneers in the 1880’s and 1890s. The event is Tuesday, February 12th at 6 pm to 7 pm at the Juno Beach Town Center. The event is free, and all are welcomed to attend.

Lighthouse Sunset Tour: Wednesday February 13th, 20th and 27th
Every Wednesday this month the Lighthouse gives visitors a change to tour the Lighthouse Watch room and see how the lighthouse actually works. The tours last approximately 75 minutes and start at 5:30 pm on the 13th and 20th and at 5:45 pm on the 27th. The tours are weather permitting, children must be 48 inches tall to climb the lighthouse tower. Tickets are required for the event and are $ 20 dollars per person and $15 dollars per person for Lighthouse Members. Click here for more details.

Lighthouse Moonrise Tour: Tuesday, February 19th
Tuesday, February 9th the Lighthouse is hosting their monthly Lighthouse Moonrise Tour are 5:45 pm. Guests will get a chance to climb to the of the lighthouse and see the incredible views of Jupiter and the Ocean. The tours are approximately 75 minutes long and cost $25 dollars per person and $20 dollars for Lighthouse Members. Children must be accompanied by an adult and must be 48 inches tall to climb to the top. For more information, click here.

Lighthouse Lectures: Trapper Nelson: Tuesday, February 19th
Join LRHS Historian Josh Liller and learn about the life and mysterious death of Vince “Trapper” Nelson, known as the “wild man of the Loxahatchee”. Seating for the event is limited. Click here to RSVP and for more information. The event starts at 6 pm and last approximately an hour.

Jupiter History Trolley Tour: Thursday, February 28th
The event is sold out but features a trolley ride and Historian Josh Liller giving you all the history on Jupiter throughout the journey. The Trolley Tour starts at 10 am and begins and ends at the lighthouse. Click here for more information.
