Kentucky Derby Events and Specials in Palm Beach County
The Kentucky Derby is this Saturday, May 4th where more than 20 thoroughbred horses get an opportunity of a lifetime to run the race for the 145th year. This year, several Palm Beach County restaurants will be serving their best Mint Juleps and specials for the race.
Crosby Kitchen and Bar in Jupiter is hosting their first annual derby party and its for charity. The party is reservation only and cost $50 dollars per ticket. The party includes an open bar and light bites and appetizers. The derby party benefits the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research. Crosby Kitchen and Bar is located at 1406 Cypress Drive in Jupiter.
III Forks steakhouse located on PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Garden are having Kentucky Derby inspired cocktails from 5 pm to 11 pm for $10 dollars each. The special drinks include Mint Julep, and the Kentucky Grazer along with many appetizers offered at happy our prices. III Forks is located at 4645 PGA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens.
The Cooper restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens is hosting their “Let’s Get Down & Derby” party featuring special cocktails and derby inspired dishes. The restaurant will also be hosting their own “Best Hat” contest and the winner will receive a $50-dollar gift certificate. The Cooper is located at 4610 PGA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens.
O’Shea’s Pub in West Palm Beach is hosting specials during the race from 6 pm until 9 pm. O’Shea’s Pub is located at 531 Clematis Street in West Palm Beach.
