New Dessert Places To Try
Palm Beach County is seeing the new sugar rush trend of piled high milk shakes and ice cream sundaes filled with cotton candy, cakes, candy, crepes, and every ice cream topping that you can think of.
Here are three new dessert spots for you to try out.
West Palm Beach:
The Sugar Milk Dessert Bar opens this Saturday, April 27th in the Grandview Public Market in West Palm Beach. The new dessert bar is scheduled to open at 11 am. The new food hall stand will feature everything from Taiwanese style bubble tea, Hong Kong style bubble waffled filled with soft serve ice cream and fruit, chocolate sauce and toppings. The menu will also feature a colorful drink called the Milky Unicorn which is made from blends of Thai butterfly pea milk and fruit flavored pink milk. The Milky Unicorn is a purple blue color and is topped with whipped cream, fruity pebbles, and marshmallows. Or you can try the Cheese Tea drink with whipped cheese mousse that tastes just like a cheese cake. The Grandview Public Market is located at 1401 Clare Avenue in West Palm Beach.
Delray Beach:
The very popular Proper Ice Cream opened a second located this month also in Delray Beach. The industrial-chic style ice cream spot features ice cream favors such as cornbread with apple tartin, pistachio with caramelized fig and banana cream pound cake. The new located of Proper Ice Cream is open every day and is located at 75 SE 4th Avenue near the new iPic Cinema that just opened last month.
Boca Raton:
Bubbleology is the new boba tea shop in Boca Raton. Bubbleology is a European bubble tea chain that has recently opened a located at The Shops at University Park. The bubble tea shop features custom brews, milk and fruit teas all topped with their Crown Crème which is a mix of soft cheese, cream, and rock salt. The shop also offers bubble tea waffles that originated as a street snack in Hong Kong and the waffles are filled with any combination and number of toppings you would like. Bubbleology is located at 141 NW 20th Street, Unit B-9, in Boca Raton.
