Palm Beach Gardens has a new Italian restaurant. It is called Prezzo and has a trattoria located in Boca Raton. Prezzo’s new location is 4520 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens is in the PGA Commons. The Prezzo eatery is known for its dramatic methods of preparation and innovative varieties of classic Italian dishes. Treat yourself to a vegetarian cavatappi, a wood-fired signature pizza, or spaghetti squash Pomodoro. These are Italian dishes reimagined.

The Italian trattoria was founded by Burt Rapoport and Dennis Max. They first brought the concept of the wood-fired pizza oven to the Boca area in 1989. Prezzo asserts it introduced the first wood-fired pizza oven to South Florida when it opened its Boca Raton, located at 5560 North Military Trail, location in 1989! The wood fire oven was the focus of the 4,300 square-foot restaurant. The sights and aromas floating about, from the wood-burning oven known for producing crispy, thin-crust pizzas, among other signature dishes, tempted patrons' taste buds.

Prezzo includes an expansive indoor/outdoor bar area, comprehensive with a curated wine list, a variety of beers, and signature cocktails. There is a secluded space is also available, with advanced reservations, with seating up to twenty-six people.
