Every Saturday morning, the Loggerhead Marinelife Center is continuing to host their Self-Guided Beach Cleanup through the new year. Every weekend, volunteers head to the beach to participate in helping keep our local beaches and ocean clean.

The Self-Guided Beach Cleanup Program was introduced in 2020 as a new program that has been added to the calendar weekly. Volunteers who wish to participate are asked to stop by Marine Debris Sorting Station on the back deck of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach to pick up their cleanup supplies. Once supplies picked up, volunteers can make their way down to the beach to start the cleanup. When finished, bring the bag of debris back to the Sorting Station and pick up a free t-shirt as a Thank You gift for helping clean up the beach.

The Beach Cleanup is every Saturday morning beginning at 8:30 am to 11:30 am. All are welcomed to help and participate to keep out local beaches and ocean clean for sea turtles and other marine life.
