Spring Break Activities in Palm Beach County

Spring Break season is upon us in Palm Beach County. The Palm Beach County School District starts their Spring Break on Saturday, March 16th and the students return back to school on Tuesday, March 26th. Throughout the county there are plenty of activities going on around to keep busy.

Abby’s Performing Arts Coaching: Spring Break week is also Celebrity Week at the Performing Arts school and students who attend will learn to sing, dance, and act as their favorite celebrities. The program is aimed for children 4 through 10 years old. The camp is $250 dollars for the week and runs from 9 am to 3 pm daily. For more information, click here.

Aloha Surf Camp: The Surf Camp is aimed for kids who want to learn about ocean safety and how to surf safely. Children ages 6 years old and older are welcomed to attend. The camp costs between $200 dollars and $295 dollars per person. The Surf Camps runs Monday, March 18th through Friday, March 22nd from 9 am to 1 pm or 9 am to 3 pm. Click here for more information.

The South Florida Science Center is offering two different camps for children during Spring Break. Laser Craze is a one of a kind chance to build and create your own laser cut artwork and get a chance to see the incredible laser light show in the planetarium. Laser Craze is aimed for children 7 to 14 years older and costs $305 dollars for non-members and $280 dollars for members. The camp runs from 9 am to 4 pm or 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with an additional aftercare charge of $10 dollars. Click here to learn more about Laser Craze.

The South Florida Science Center is also hosting a Surf Science camp where children will learn about Florida’s wettest ecosystems, reef life, and take part in up close encounters of ocean organisms and take part in their squishy squid dissection. The camp is for children ages 4 through 12 and costs $255 dollars for non-members and $230 dollars for members. The camp runs from 9 am to 4 pm or 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with an additional after care charge of $10 dollars. To learn more, click here.
