The Boca Raton Chamber is hosting a “Midsummer Party and Last Look” party. This event is part of Boca Raton Chamber Festival Days. It is a series of fun-filled events held at different locations during the month of August.  Monday, August 30, 2021 @ 6:00pm at the Boca Raton Museum of Art.

The Boca Raton Museum of Art glass exhibition entitled “Glasstress Boca Raton 2021” will be on display through September 5, 2021, in Boca Raton. This exhibition showcases over 30 international artists who have created works in glass in collaboration with the master glass artisans at Berengo Studio on the island of Murano in the Venetian lagoon. It is a sequel to the 2016 Glasstress exhibition at Boca Raton Museum of Art.

ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival is celebrating 37 years in Southeast Florida.  It has grown from a small, local art show to a nationwide distinguished fine arts festival drawing tens of thousands of art lovers and collectors. The Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens in West Palm Beach is work in partnership with the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County to host “The Power and Pleasure of Artistic Place: Where Women Made History,” a special free exhibition on display at the Cultural Council’s Lake Worth Beach gallery to August 27, 2021.  “Where Women Made History,” is a nationwide campaign to identify, honor, and enhance places across the country where women have changed their communities and the world. This exhibition captures the spirit of the National Trust’s larger initiative.”

The Palm Beach Shakespeare Festival will commemorate 31 years of its yearly tradition this summer with live performances of William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The Shakespeare by the Sea production will take place at the Seabreeze Amphitheater at Carlin Park in Jupiter from July 8 – July 11, 2021, and July 15 – 18, 2021.

The alfresco performance is presented in cultural collaboration with Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation. Gates open at 6:30 pm with performances starting at 8 pm. A $5 donation per person is suggested.

The Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens consist of the former residence of sculptor Ann Weaver Norton (1905 -1982), the widow of Ralph Hubbard Norton. The residence is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.  The two-acre property features a collection of 250 species of tropical palms adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway and next to downtown West Palm Beach.
