This Thursday join in on the Culture of Change Yoga Class with Jennifer Martin in downtown West Palm Beach.

The monthly series of wellness classes were launched in January 2019 and the goal was to help bring the community together to support a great cause. Every month there is a different theme and community partner change.

The outdoor Yoga class is Thursday, December 12th at 7 pm. The class is taught every month by Jennifer Martin and runs approximately 75 minutes long. The month of December is about the holidays and this month’s cause is helping to support the WPTV’s Toy Drive located on the Square.

The newly constructed Town Center at Alton is hosting their first annual A Joyful Celebration this weekend. Come and help ring in the season with your family, friends, and neighbors at the Plaza at Alton’s Town Center.

A Joyful Celebration will feature holiday songs with the Independence Middle School Girls Chorus, visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus, arts and crafts, cookie decorating, appearance from your favorite Disney Characters, holiday music, surprise visitors, and take part in the Christmas tree lighting.

Head to the Town of Jupiter for their new event, There’s Snow Place Like Jupiter and Holiday Movie Night this Saturday.

There’s Snow Place Like Jupiter is a free family friendly event to help celebrate the holidays. This is the first year for the holiday event. The event will include character appearances, bounce houses, photo opportunities, Food Trucks, holiday arts and crafts, Snow falling and visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus.

The Worth Avenue Association and The Town of Palm Beach are partnering together to host the Palm Beach Concours Car Show this weekend.

The Classic Car Show is this Sunday, December 8th from 11 am to 2 pm. The Car Show is taking place on the iconic Worth Avenue from the 100 block to the 300 block. The free community event will showcase the iconic shopping destination of Worth Avenue with high-end and luxury automobiles. The cars featured in the show cover everything from classics to exotics cars.

The cars in the show will be judged based on the vehicle’s exterior, vehicle’s interior, vehicle’s engine bay, and the vehicle’s overall aesthetics. Eased category is a set of points totaling 100 points for a perfect score.

The City of Palm Beach Gardens is getting into the holiday spirit this Friday, December 6th with the lighting of their holiday Christmas Tree.

The Annual Tree Lighting is a family friendly event to help celebrate and kick off the holiday season. The fun-filled night includes the Lighting of the Christmas Tree, Snow Fall, a children’s area, musical entertainment by Jammin’ Jim, children’s games and activities, craft making with Santa’s Elves, food and drink purchases and much more.

Head to Jupiter or Tequesta for the 43rd Annual JTAA Jupiter Tequesta Christmas Parade. The holiday parade is rolling into town on Sunday, December 8th.

The annual parade is hosted by the JTAA Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association. Every year the holiday parade is a certain theme and this year the theme is “A Cartoon Christmas”. The parade will be led by this year’s Grand Marshall Edna Runner. Edna is the Executive Director of the Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children by promoting education.

The Worth Avenue Association is continuing its tradition of hosting a Historical Walking Tours of Worth Avenue and Palm Beach every Wednesday morning starting this December.

Palm Beach Historian and Tour Leader Rick Ross leads a very informative and fun tour every week. The tour begins at 11 am at 256 Via Amore in the courtyard fountain. Via Amore is across from Tiffany and Co and Chanel just off of Worth Avenue. The historical tours last approximately 75 minutes and covers everything from the history of Worth Avenue, the architectural importance, the influence of world fashion, the Palm Beach social scene, America’s first resort destination during the Gilded Age and more.
