The West Palm Brewery & Wine Vault, just two streets over from Clematis, is a place for beer and wine connoisseurs to enjoy in-house fermented beer, wine, and delicious food.

The whole concept of this brewery is based on interaction. You can see the sealed fermentation tanks in the room behind the bartenders and you'll also notice chefs making food cooked to order from their original menu of small plates. The 13th annual Palm Beach Wine and Food Festival is happening this Saturday and Sunday in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, respectively.
