A surprise sighting along the coastline of South Florida has revealed thick zones of staghorn coral from northern Miami-Dade to northern Broward counties. This finding is what researchers say is a rare piece of astounding news for a species that has been on the decline due to disease. Florida Fishing

Tis the season for beautiful weather and great fishing in South Florida! The marine forecast is predicted to stay at a very nice temperature with great conditions for a run offshore.

OFFSHORE/PIER-

Within the Southeast region of South Florida, the fishing this week has been awesome for some and slow for other anglers due to the drastic change from rough to calm conditions. The sailfish bite was a little off however a few were still caught this past week and the bite is only getting better. A good amount of wahoo  had been caught in Martin County and Palm Beach County.
