The Chief Executive Officer of indulgent fashion brand Louis Vuitton purchased a home for $11.7 million on Allison Island in Miami Beach last year.  The South Florida waterfront property is a one-acre island property with 200 square feet of waterfrontage with a private dock, guesthouse, and tennis court according to the Wall Street Journal report.

Food Yachts on the Intracoastal Waterways of Jupiter, Florida will soon be recommended for approval at the town council vote which is scheduled for January 19, 2016.

A 40 foot catamaran named: Food Yacht is planning to be moored near the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse.

“It’s always been my dream to cook and serve food on the water. The menu will have conch, seafood, shrimp and other Florida seafood infused with that Caribbean style. Plus, we’ll serve regular burgers and hot dogs,” said the 37-year-old Miami native who has cooked for about a decade at The Food Shack, a popular Jupiter eatery on U.S. 1 known for its long lines and lively atmosphere."
